HOW TO ATTRACT POSITIVE ENERGY - 7 SIMPLE WAYS

JOHNNY STONES

How much negative or positive energy we attract is something that is completely in the hands of every individual. While this is an extremely empowering bit of knowledge, it is also a tremendous responsibility that requires us to be careful about all our thoughts, actions and words. The following seven methods will help you lead a life that attracts more positive energy which in turn will lead to  more good things happening in your life.

1. Clean and Organize Everything

Everything from you car to your bedroom has an impact on how you feel through-out the day. When everything is in a state of disarray it impacts the flow of our day in a negative way, whether it just visually bothers us or we have to literally spend energy searching fro something in our messy. Treat your space as if it is sacred to show that you value and appreciate having it, because chances are that many people in the world would love to  live in the luxury that you do. By introducing order and a good flow into places you spend time, it will give you a safe place for wonderful things to enter into your life.

2. See the Positive Energy that is Already Present

A common mistake is to overlook all of the wonderful things that are already present in life. Always look for the good in every situation, so that you can come into the experience with an open mind ready to receive the wondrous grace that is in every moment.

3.  Visualize a Life of Contentment and Peace

Spend the time to visualize a life where you are satisfied and happy. Only when we open up ourselves to the potential for good and positive things will they begin to come our way.

4. Do NOT Worry about the Future

Part of breaking away from negative energy is learning to stop assuming the worst will happen. Learn to anticipate positive things coming your way rather than constantly worrying about imaginary scenarios. Focus your attention on all the great things that are coming your way.

5. Love Yourself- Mistakes and All

Many people hold resentment towards themselves for making mistakes in the past. No one can take the clock back to undo mistakes. Just know that every bad experience is a chance to learn, and the only place you can work on improving things is in the present.

6. Follow the Three Folds Law

The three fold law states that everything you put out in the world will come back to you three-folds. Know deep within that all of the positive energy you put out into the world will eventually come back to you. Whenever making a decision, assess what the consequences in the future may be.

7. Do NOT Speak Negatively

Words are powerful tools that can take life in many different directions. Everything you say can have huge consequences. Learn to think more before you speak. When you are thinking about what you are saying determine whether it is negative or positive. If it is the latter avoid keep your lips sealed and dismiss the thought as something to negative to welcome in your life.

There is growing research that the vibrations of positive expectation that successful people give off, actually attract to them the very experiences they believe they are going to get.

The Power of Visualization for Achieving Your Goals

by John Assaraf
Professional athletes and other highly successful people use the power of visualization technique on a regular basis. Why? Results of a 20-year study of the effects of visualization on results revealed an amazing discovery. Humans see pictures on the screen of the mind when thoughts are being processed; i.e. when they think of things.
For example, if a person, let’s say, George, stopped doing what he was doing right now, closed his eyes and thought of his car. What would he see? Is it the word CAR that pops up on the screen of his mind or a visual image?
Mentally, here’s what is actually happening…
George is accessing a memory from his mind that was instilled while he was first learning what a “car” is. Then specifically, his present car popped up. He didn’t always know it was called a car.
Similarly, other humans associate names with images or other forms of stimuli as a way to refer back to them in the mind. And here’s an example of why this simple talent is so important.
Let’s go back to George for a moment. When he goes to find his car after he’s been at a shopping mall, all he is focusing on is finding the image that he has inside his head for his car. He quickly scans the parking lot and with lightning speed eliminates all other cars until he finds the familiar one that he is focused on.
With this example in mind, here is a behind-the-scenes look at how to use visualization to achieve any goal.
Visualize an outcome you want over and over again to build ‘cells of recognition’ in your memory bank, just like you may have had with a car or other learned object when you were younger. This serves in the following two ways.
First: you become consciously and acutely aware of everything that can help you achieve the visualized outcome that you desire. (Just like looking for a car). You quickly scan over anything that is not in tune with that image.
When you continuously focus on an image in your mind, every cell in your body is involved in that image and you vibrate and resonate with everything that is in harmony with that frequency both on a physical and non-physical level. This frequency moves you towards, and moves everything that is needed towards you, for the manifestation of the desired image.

Second: you impress an idea into the subconscious part of you, it eventually becomes ‘fixed’ and you automatically attract and move towards that which you desire.
The reason athletes practice visualization is because they want to condition their mind in such a way that the body automatically behaves the way they want it to without effort. It is the only way to become ‘unconsciously competent’.
The same is true for highly successful people. If they visualize the success they want over and over again, eventually their bodies will automatically do whatever it must to make the image a physical reality.
The outside world is a mirror image of the inside and hidden mental world. Unfortunately, very few people have really taken the time to learn this side of their personality. And that is unfortunate because this is the part that is so powerful.
To visualize is to direct unseen energy into an orderly vibration and that is what is needed to manifest desires of the inner self. Desires must first be created in thoughts and then they are created in ‘ real life’. Humans are the sum of what they think about and focus on most.

Raising Your Standards

Raising Your Standards

When you make a decision that you want to change your life for the better – better health, better relationships, better finances, you need to take action and RAISE your own standards. If you want to improve your life and get different results from your actions, you actually have to change what you do, and how you do it. As Albert Einstein defines it, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

Only when you change the way you treat yourself, you will start paying more respect to the person in the mirror. How do you start the day – do you greet yourself with a smile, looking forward to what you will achieve, or do you get out of bed with a frown and walk the walk of the doomed?

If you don’t think your body is in the shape and fit you deserve, how can you start changing that?  Would you spend the evening on the sofa with a bowl of chips, or would you say: “enough is enough – I’ll go for a walk and have a nice salad for dinner”?

If the kind of relationships you attract are not enriching you and bringing out the best in you, and your partner, why wouldn’t you make a list of what you actually want and deserve?

Whatever areas of your life you want to improve, if you want anything to change, you have to raise your standards right now!

So take a moment, make a decision and prepare your lists on:
1            - Things you will no longer tolerate in your life
2       - What you expect of yourself and what you will do instead (instead of No.1).

Make a list of ten items, and start acting on them. In two weeks increase to 20, and start implementing the changes.

Because the small steps you take today, the humble, or more brave, degrees you start raising your standards by, will multiply the results month by month, year by year. Think of the amazing outcomes you will have achieved in 10 years! All starting with a small list of ten items – ten things you will no longer tolerate in yourself, and TEN that you aspire to.
